Loxo

1985年、愛知県生まれ。 20代よりDJとして活動を開始し、アブストラクトHIPHOPやワールドミュージックを中心にプレイ。2021年より作曲活動へ転向し、DJとして培った幅広い音楽体験をもとに、ジャンルや国境を越えた音楽表現をテーマに制作を続けています。 現在は、世界各地の文化や風景、そこで育まれた音楽から受けた印象を自身の感性で再構築し、新たな音の風景として描く**「空想旅行音楽」**をコンセプトに活動しています。 実際の土地を忠実に再現するのではなく、その場所が持つ空気や記憶、物語を想像しながら、一つひとつの作品を制作。電子音楽を軸に、多様な音楽的要素を自然に溶け合わせ、聴く人それぞれが自由に景色を思い描き、音を通して旅をするような体験を目指しています。 2021年　作曲活動を開始。 2024年　Project Jadyssへ参加。 2025年　ワーナーミュージック・ジャパンの正式許諾のもと、遠く遠くの公式リミックスをリリース。 ------------------------------------ Loxo is an electronic music artist from Aichi, Japan. After beginning his career as a DJ in his twenties, performing Abstract Hip-Hop and World Music, he shifted his focus to music production in 2021. Drawing on years of musical exploration, he creates borderless soundscapes that transcend genres and cultures. His work is centered around the concept of "Imaginary Travel Music"—music inspired by cultures, landscapes, and musical traditions from around the world. Rather than recreating real places, he reinterprets the atmosphere, memories, and stories they evoke through his own artistic perspective, transforming them into original sonic landscapes. Blending electronic music with diverse musical influences, Loxo invites listeners to imagine their own journeys through sound. His goal is to create music that allows each listener to discover unique landscapes and emotions beyond borders and genres.
